The following Terms of Trade apply to all users of this website and the products and services offered on it.
In these Terms of Trade, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “seller” refer to Riequip. “You” are the user of this website (and “your”, “buyer” or “purchaser” has a corresponding meaning). The term “customer” refers to the person or company purchasing goods offered on this website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Trade.
All prices stated on this website are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). Riequip reserves the right to change any price quoted without notice at any time.
2. Payment methods
You may pay for your order using the following payment methods: Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
Direct bank deposit
Credit card payment is processed through the DPS gateway. If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorize us to debit the amount that is payable for an accepted order from your nominated credit card. This is processed through the DPS payment gateway. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for products through any fraudulent or unlawful means.
Riequip will provide you with a receipt at time of delivery which specifies the total fees for the products in the order.
If you have chosen to use direct deposit to pay for your order, the details of our account details will be provided in our checkout process regarding where and how the fees and charges need to be deposited. If you choose to use this payment method, you must allow at least 48 hours for confirmation of your payment. If you do not deposit the relevant amount for your order into our nominated account within 5 business days of the date of the order, then Riequip will contact you.
3. Description of products
Riequip cannot warrant or guarantee that the content of the website will always be current, accurate or complete. Descriptions, illustrations and literature are therefore not binding on the seller. If the goods do not match the description on the seller's website, the buyer should inform the seller immediately so that the seller may take appropriate action.
4. Incorrect supply
Incorrect supply of your order must be reported to Riequip within 5 days of receipt of goods. Riequip will then remedy the problem as soon as possible.
5. Returns & refundsAll goods returned, must have prior approval from Riequip.
