I purchased the 10,000 watt triton generator which is a single phase and 3 phase combo. Very simple assembly and it only required 5mins of my time and fuel to hear it fire up and settle into it smooth and quiet operating rpm. It fired up like it was running yesterday. Very pleased thank so much.

My purpose is for an emergency generator, so no sustained use to report on. Once assembled, I started the engine for a test run, without bother. The voltmeter indicated what was expected. I was surprised that there were no assembly instructions / guidance. That was not a problem as I have purchased similar generators in the past.
The web site pre-purchase "live-chat" discussions were was better than many such other web site instances. The actual purchase process proceeded without problem. Delivery was made (to Hastings) in a timely way. Despite the free / included cover and 'Service Pack' being clearly expressed on the web site, it was nonetheless a pleasant surprise, when opening the box. These days, so many things are sold via the Internet in a "batteries-not-included" way. This generator was akin to a plug-and-play purchase. I.e. Receive; assemble; press start. The inclusion of the male connector plug was another very welcome bonus. All rather unusual and very welcome in a world of diminishing service and tight margins. Perhaps a testimony to the "family owned and operated business" model? Well done. May you grow and prosper.

I purchased a Titan 10000 series 3 Phase generator today (19th Jan 2021) at your store Olive Road. I was a positive purchaser who knew what he wanted. The staff at Olive Road were so easy to deal with – good listeners! Drove away after a total of 10 minutes on site a “Happy Chappy” I arrived back at my factory and virtually plugged the generator in and started it up. My assistant was delighted with the low level noise, ease to start and no fumes Ri Equip is a great Company

Very happy with my purchase. Looks like it should do the job in my workshop just fine. Very pleased to find a 3-phase plug included as well. The only thing I'd like to see change would be separate circuit breakers for the single and 3-phase outlets.
